All commercial building projects within the City must go through Site Plan Review. The Site Plan will be reviewed by the Planning Commission and/or City Commission for approval/denial. In an effort to assist residents, the Site Plan Application is available through the link below. Just print it, complete it, and return it to Clare City Hall. The charge for this application is $125.00, to be paid at the time you return your application to Clare City Hall.
