Assessor Building Inspector & Code Enforcement City Clerk City Manager Clare Municipal Airport Fire Parks Public Works Police Recreation Treasurer & Finance Director Water/Waste Water Treatment City Commission Other Boards & Committees	The Water/Waste Water Treatment Department handles treatment of City water, water quality testing, assurance of water quality and manages and operates the Waste Water Treatment Plant and the City's Water Treatment Plant. The treatment facility also provides testing and other services to neighboring communities, and private individuals. Each year, the department publishes the annual Consumer Confidence Report outlining the quality and content of the City's water.
